All the parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

The filter pack consists of plastic plates with a central manifold for distributing the product to filter and manifolds at the corners for collecting the filtrate. Each filter plate is complete with a sheet of polypropylene fabric.
In the UNIVER 400×400 model, the filter pack can be replaced with plates for use with sheets in the processing of the wine.
